PREREQUISITES: None. CATALOG DESCRIPTION: Introduces basic employee development with emphasis on the responsibilities of a newly-appointed supervisor. Emphasizes organizational structure, motivation, delegation of authority, interviews, orientation and induction of new employees, employee performance evaluations and dealing with employee conflict.
