Catalog description

This course introduces students to the fundamentals of psychological research methods. Students will apply the scientific method in conducting research, analyzing data, interpreting results and writing a research report using current American Psychological Association formatting. The course is recommended as the third course in the psychology major sequence following completion of Introductory Psychology (PSYC 1) and Statistical Methods for the Behavioral Sciences (PSYC 10) courses.
