Catalog description

This course explores common gender issues in the workplace.  Within a historical and contemporary framework, it will focus on gender inequality, cultural influences, sexuality, family roles, and ways to address and reduce gender bias in the workplace.  Students will also evaluate potential career choices based on self-assessments.
