Foundations of Nursing Clinical II provides the opportunity to advance knowledge in the application of the patient care concepts in the clinical setting. Includes integration of pathophysiology, nutrition and pharmacology, as well as the application of the nursing process, refining basic assessment skills, patient-centered care, cultural sensitivity, informatics, safe practice and professionalism. (0/0/2) Prerequisite: A grade of "C" or higher in Foundations of Nursing I, Health Assessment Across the Lifespan, and Foundations of Nursing Clinic I.
