Catalog description
Dental Radiography I introduces the history, characteristics, and measurement of radiation and its effects on biological structures. The student will receive training in the use of x-ray equipment and processing techniques in the production of diagnostic radiographs. Digital radiography will be introduced as well as paralleling technique and the importance of radiation protection and infection control. (2/2)
