Estimating introduces students to the principles and techniques of estimating construction costs, with emphasis on quantity take-off, pricing elements of direct and indirect costs, including labor, equipment, material, and subcontractors. Spreadsheets and scheduling software are used for computerized estimating. (3/0) Prerequisite: CON 114 Blueprint Reading.
