General Biology I is designed for science majors. Topics include an introduction to the chemical and cellular basis of life, cellular processes, heredity, and evolution. Laboratory work complements each topic of study. (3/2) Prerequisite: A grade of "C" or higher in high school biology, or BIO 105 Introductory Biology.
