Concepts of Nursing I focuses on the care of adult patients with health alterations that require medical and/or surgical intervention. Integrates patient centered care, cultural sensitivity, pharmacology, health promotion and education, safety, evidence based practice, interdisciplinary collaboration and professionalism throughout the course. (4.75/0/0.75) Prerequisite: A grade of "C" or higher in Pharmacology Applications, Trends and Issues, and Success in Nursing.
