Analysis of cellular physiological processes. Study of basic concepts of microbiology and its relationship with aspects of health and sanitation in individuals. Discussion of acute and chronic pathophysiologies that affect the eyes, ears, nose and throat, and diseases that affect the nervous, endocrine and immune systems. Discussion of infectious diseases that affect the individual, as well as interventions for the management of the pathophysiologies under study.
