Review of the sociopolitical experiences of Puerto Rico, the United States and Latin America. Study of the social bases of the political, socialization and, participatory process and the relationship between the elite and the masses. Discussion of the impact of class, race, religion and gender in political practices and behavior, in the development and organization of political parties and their relation with the political system.
