Catalog description

This course examines quality management principles with emphasis on measuring, controlling, and improving process performance. Topics include statistical process control, inspection and measurement systems, and continuous improvement frameworks. Students learn to quantify quality using analytical tools such as control charts, process capability analysis, and measurement system evaluation. The course includes Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and online ISO 9001 Internal Auditor training.
