Catalog description

This course introduces the principles and practices of project management in organizational settings. Topics include project life cycles, scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, resource allocation, leadership, communication, performance measurement, and project closure. Students develop and evaluate project plans while examining the managerial and organizational factors that influence project success across diverse business contexts.
