This course introduces global operations and supply chain management with emphasis on cultural, ethical, and strategic dimensions of planning, production, and distribution. Students learn to apply analytical tools to global sourcing, logistics, and sustainability challenges while developing skills in process mapping, forecasting, and project management. The course highlights the impact of global interdependence on business decision-making and prepares students to manage people, materials, and systems across diverse cultural and international contexts.
