Catalog description
Basic patient care techniques such as infection control, vital signs, patient education, bed mobility transfers, and gait training are taught in lecture, demonstration, and laboratory formats. An overview of the basic component so medical equipment and wheelchairs is given. The appropriate utilization of such equipment is practiced during simulated patient care.
