Catalog description
A study of human regional and surface anatomy with full cadaver dissection. The Surface Anatomy Component serves as an initial link between the basic sciences and clinical practice. Anatomical concepts are explored in vivo primarily through tactile laboratory experiences. Students are introduced to physiological, sensory, and emotional ramifications of touch. Basic assessment and therapeutic concepts are introduced.
