Catalog description

This course is part of the Group & Individual Similarities & Differences core content area of the psychology major. The emphasis in the Readings in Diversity course is to build upon the broad content to which students are exposed in the Social Psychology course (PSY 215) by reading research articles and book chapters related to more specific concepts within the field of Social Psychology and Diversity. Example topics include gender, prejudice reduction, health disparities, and intersectionality.
