Catalog description

Students will learn to read, brief, analyze, and interpret U.S. Supreme Court decisions dealing with the power of judicial review, the separation of powers, federalism, and interstate commerce. Students also will participate as attorneys or justices in a moot court that hears and decides an actual case being appealed to the Supreme Court. This course is not open to freshmen.
