This course focuses on the role of the nurse as a leader. Traditional leadership and management perspectives are integrated into contemporary nursing trends and are applied practically to various healthcare settings. This course is meant to enhance leadership and management skills of future nurse leaders so that they may function effectively in a rapidly changing healthcare industry.
