Catalog description
This course focuses on the holistic health and assessment of individuals and families across the lifespan. Students will learn the process of performing a complete physical assessment on healthcare recipients. Utilizing clinical reasoning and physical assessment findings will allow the student to differentiate between normal from abnormal findings. Development of therapeutic communication and cultural awareness are emphasized.
