Catalog description
This course examines the impact of the social and economic conditions in which people live that impact their health. These social and economic conditions in which people live that impact their health. These social determinants of health (SDOH), including income, housing, education, infrastructure, religious practice, healthcare, social capital, stress, sex, and race affect health and longevity. This course will use data to identify disparities and consider evidence-based programs to eliminate these.
