Catalog description
This course examines the formulation and management of marketing strategy in dynamic business environments. Emphasis is placed on analyzing customers, competitors, and markets; integrating product, pricing, promotion, and distribution decisions; and applying contemporary tools and frameworks to strategic decision making. Students engage with cases, market data, and applied planning activities to understand how organizations develop, implement, and manage effective marketing strategies across industries.
