Catalog description

This course examines leadership theories, practices, and challenges in contemporary organizations. Emphasis is placed on personal leadership development, ethical decision-making, team leadership, and leading change in diverse and global contexts. Students analyze leadership cases, assess individual leadership styles, and apply leadership frameworks to organizational situations. The course develops self-awareness, critical thinking, and professional communication skills essential for effective leadership practice.
