Catalog description

Introduces foundational management principles and organizational processes in contemporary business environments. Examines planning, organizing, leading, and controlling functions; decision-making; motivation; teamwork; leadership; and ethical responsibility. Emphasizes application of management frameworks to organizational challenges through case analysis, collaborative projects, and professional communication. Develops analytical and interpersonal skills essential for effective managerial practice across diverse organizational contexts.
