Examination of organizational behavior with emphasis on individual attitudes, interpersonal relationships, and group dynamics within organizations. Topics include cognitive and affective processes underlying workplace behavior and their consequences for organizational functioning and performance. Considers behavior across multiple levels of analysis to inform managerial decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
