Catalog description

This course examines the myriad physical and environmental conditions that impact population health. Topics include environmental policy and regulation, zoonotic and vector-borne diseases, radiation, food safety, water quality, and others. Examples, discussions, and assignments span the local to the global levels of public health with an emphasis on disparities in health and advocacy for improving health.
