Practicum in Sport Management

Catalog description

This is an experiential course intended to provide the sport management major with a short-term applied experience in which he/she will shadow, observe, and take on limited responsibility in a sport management business. This experience is provided to assist the student in (a) understanding sport management concepts, (b) exploring their compatibility with specific career options, (c) and (d) developing professional behavior.
