Catalog description

This course examines the managerial foundations of international business within a global economy. Emphasis is placed on global trade, foreign direct investment, multinational enterprise strategy, and institutional environments shaping international operations. Political, economic, and cultural influences on managerial decision-making are analyzed, with applied consideration of international market-entry strategies and global risk management.
