Catalog description
Develops financial decision-making skills through the construction of dynamic models in Microsoft Excel. Topics include time value of money, net present value and break-even analysis, loan amortization, bond pricing and yield curves, stock and bond valuation, business and personal financial planning, and real options analysis. Emphasis is placed on spreadsheet modeling techniques used to analyze financial scenarios and support corporate financial management decisions.
