The SLAM Internship is a structured leadership residency aligned to Indiana Building-Level Administrator Standards. The internship provides candidates with supervised, authentic leadership experiences in their school or organizational setting. This internship is designed to integrate coursework with field-based leadership practice. Rather than completing isolated activities, candidates engage in focused, meaningful leadership work aligned to program priorities and their concurrent coursework.
