Catalog description

This course prepares candidates to lead disciplined, evidence-based school improvement using the core methods of improvement science and implementation science. Candidates learn and apply rapid Plan–Do–Study–Act (PDSA) cycles, practical measurement, and small tests of change to move from analysis to action. Candidates read and discuss applied improvement and implementation research and use those tools to strengthen implementation plans emerging from the Thriving Schools Audit and to support improvement work enacted in authentic school settings.
