Catalog description

This course prepares aspiring school leaders to analyze and strengthen the conditions that support thriving schools and communities. Candidates conduct a comprehensive school and community audit that integrates quantitative and qualitative evidence to identify assets, constraints, and priority problems of practice related to culture, climate, equity, and community engagement. Candidates translate findings into leadership-ready products—clear problem statements, evidence-based recommendations, and an implementation plan with progress measures—consistent with practice-based preparation and authentic principal work.
