Systems thinking is a methodology to view the organization through an interdiscplinary lens in order to approach problem solving through a strategic and integrative process. System thinkers realize that actions and decisions affect the organization as a whole and apply principles from complexity theory to create a more coherent and interconnected organizational structure. This course will broaden your organizational perspectives, decision-making skills, and vision to build an effective learning organization.
