Catalog description

This course introduces students to the principles and practices of effective leadership. Students will examine leadership styles, strengths-based leadership, ethical decision-making, and strategies for motivating and guiding others toward shared goals. Through group activities and reflection, students will develop leadership skills that can be applied in academic, professional, and community contexts.
