Catalog description

This course focuses on developing teamwork and collaboration skills necessary for success in academic and professional environments. Students will learn strategies for building trust, managing conflict, communicating effectively within teams, and sharing responsibilities to accomplish common goals. Through collaborative activities and reflection, students will strengthen their ability to work productively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
