Catalog description

The administration course provides practical management information including personnel hiring, evaluation, business strategies, legal issues, safety, cultural sensitivity, and NAEYC accreditation requirements. Interview with Child Center Directors will result in a reflective research paper that addresses alignment with the NAEYC accreditation standards for early childhood centers and provides strategies for caring for children and families of diverse backgrounds.
