Introduction to Programming

Catalog description
This course provides an introduction to computer programming. This course will help the student understand fundamental programming concepts such as variables, conditionals, loops, dynamic memory, structures, and simple abstract data types, while developing good programming methodology, and problem-solving skills. Five contact hours per week (lecture and lab combined). A previous course in computer programming will be helpful but is not required.
