This course introuces students to the collection of physical evidence in a criminal investigation and methods of establishing validity and relevance through forensic laboratory techniques. Students will learn the process of recognition, collection, preservation, and analysis of physical evidence from the crime scene to the courtroom. The course includes a one-hour lab, with hands-on application of the techniques learned in the classroom.
