Places student in a professional environment suitable to the development of communication skills. Length of time is commensurate with the number of academic credits. Supervision of the students is the responsibility of the on-site supervisor. A grade of S or U is assigned. Prerequisites: Junior or senior standing, 2.5 cumulative GPA, and 18 hours of coursework in major, including at least three hours of applied communication courses.
