Catalog description
Students will gain an appreciation for the breadth of topics, problems and careers in the biological sciences. In this course, students will explore potential topics of independent research (field, laboratory, or literature based). Professional development training, such as creating a curriculum vitae, and discussion of applying to graduate and professional schools will also be included. One hour per week. Recommended for Sophomores and Juniors.
