This course develops professional communication skills essential to contemporary business environments. Emphasis is placed on written, oral, digital, and visual communication across organizational contexts. Topics include business messaging, reports, presentations, interpersonal and cross-cultural communication, professional etiquette, and communication ethics. The course also examines the strategic and ethical use of communication technologies, including artificial intelligence tools, to support effective, responsible, and audience-centered business communication.
