Independent Study and/or Research in Civil Engineering

Catalog description

Students will engage in a research project or an independent study in conjunction with a faculty member. Designed for engineering majors with a civil engineering concentration who either plan on graduate level work or has a special interest in certain area of civil engineering. This course has a cap of 2 credit hours and cannot be repeated except in case of a 1+1 arrangement (1 credit hour in one semester and another credit hour in another semester). Prerequisite: Sophomore standing and permission of the instructor.
