Catalog description

This course will focus on the fundamental chemistry of the earth's environment, with specific emphasis on atmospheric, water, and soil chemistry. Course material will include principles and analysis of chemical movement and distribution in the natural environment, including discussion of anthropogenic contributions, in terms of both pollution and stewardship. Prerequisite: BIO-125 and CHE-126 with "C" or better.
