Catalog description

This laboratory course complements CHE 123 and provides hands-on experience with chemical concepts through the study of coffee roasting and brewing. Students apply the scientific method, perform measurements, and analyze data to explore relationships among temperature, time, extraction, and flavor. Laboratory work emphasizes safe practices, teamwork, and effective communication of scientific findings. Co-requisite: CHE 123.
