Communication for Children and Family Ministries

Catalog description

This course examines strategies for effective verbal, visual, and virtual communication to children and their families. Strategies will be developed and practiced for common communication needs in children and family ministry settings, including large group, small group, and interpersonal communication. This Theory and Practice course requires at least 25% of the assigned out of class work to be completed in a ministry setting. Prerequisites: BIL-202 and THE-101 or HNR-180.
