Catalog description

This course examines the strategic processes of launching products and services to market and scaling businesses for sustainable growth. Students will explore go-to-market (GTM) strategies that align product positioning, customer acquisition, pricing, distribution channels, and marketing tactics to achieve product-market fit and drive revenue. Students will learn to identify growth bottlenecks, design scalable business processes, and make strategic decisions about when and how to scale different aspects of their ventures. This course is part of the Startup and Small Business stackable certificate and prepares students to successfully launch offerings and grow businesses in ways that are both ambitious and sustainable.
