Catalog description

This course explores the critical role of strategic partnerships and funding strategies in launching and scaling startups and small businesses. Students will examine how entrepreneurs build mutually beneficial relationships with partners, suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders to accelerate growth, access resources, and create competitive advantages. Students will learn to identify potential strategic partners, negotiate win-win agreements, and communicate value propositions effectively to investors and funding sources. This course is part of the Startup and Small Business stackable certificate and prepares students to build relationships and secure the resources necessary for sustainable business growth.
