Catalog description

This course provides foundational knowledge of cash flow management, tax fundamentals, and business entity formation essential for launching and sustaining startups and small businesses. Students will explore the interconnected financial and legal decisions entrepreneurs face when establishing new ventures, including selecting appropriate business structures, understanding tax implications, and managing cash resources for business viability. This course is part of the Startup and Small Business stackable certificate and prepares students to make sound financial and legal decisions from day one of their entrepreneurial journeys.
