Catalog description

This course explores leadership in workplaces where artificial intelligence augments human capabilities and transforms how teams collaborate and create value. Students will examine how AI technologies reshape organizational structures, decision-making, and leadership requirements in hybrid human-AI environments. Through applied learning, students will develop strategies for leading teams that leverage AI tools while amplifying uniquely human capabilities. Students will learn to balance automation with human contribution, build psychologically safe environments for human-AI collaboration and lead teams through AI adoption.
