Catalog description

This course provides students with a foundational understanding of business. The different types of business ownership and operating structures will be addressed. Principles of management and leadership will be examined. Key business operations such as human resources, information and technology, accounting, and financial management will be introduced. The impact of government, global markets, and ethics on business operations will be presented. Students will have the opportunity to review and compare different economic structures. Biblical and ethical principles will be applied to concepts covered in the course.
