Catalog description

This course explores historical, scriptural, and theological precedents informing (Christian) pastoral leadership and ministry practice. Students will consider a variety of ministerial contexts and the opportunities and challenges encountered by Christian leaders and the necessity to contextualize the Gospel. The students will discern personal commitments that contribute to their formation in Christian character for both seminary and lifelong Christian ministry and leadership.
